Terms of Sale & Use

1. Agreement
By purchasing or using Know Your Rights courses you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the materials.
2. Educational only — not legal advice
All course content is for general educational purposes. It is not legal advice, not a solicitor–client relationship, and not a guarantee of any legal outcome. Laws change. For personal situations, consult a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction.
3. Digital goods
Products are digital e-courses (and related materials). Delivery is electronic. Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and may include or exclude GST as indicated at checkout.
4. Licence
Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the course for your own learning. You must not redistribute, resell, publicly republish lesson scripts, or share login credentials.
5. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. For major failures you may be entitled to a refund or other remedies. For minor failures we may repair/replace/re-provide access. Nothing in these terms limits your ACL rights.
6. Refunds (digital)
Because digital content can be consumed immediately, refunds after access is granted are limited except where required by the ACL (for example a major failure) or where we agree in writing. Contact us promptly if access fails.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or courses, attempt unauthorised access, or use materials to harass others. Content must not be used to encourage unlawful violence or obstruction.
8. Disclaimer of results
We do not promise that applying course techniques will prevent police action, win complaints, or produce any particular legal result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law (and without limiting the ACL), our aggregate liability for claims arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts of NSW have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
